The single-family housing OP is located in Benidorm, Sierra Helada, in a plot with rhomboid shape and great slope.
The House is situated in the highest part of the plot in search of the best views. This facilitates access rolled to the housing.
Pedestrian access is at the first floor level. There is one further level and a basement down.
The housing facilities are located in the plant basement. This does not emerge beyond what is allowed by the planning. This plant is illuminated and ventilates, through windows situated in different orientations, which emerge using the existing slope. The ground and first floors are illuminated and ventilated with a system of windows located mainly in the facades east-west
The plot is urbanized by landscaped terraces descending on the rhythm of the natural incline of the ground, which include the swimming pool. The main uses of the housing are oriented toward the bay of Benidorm. The higher volume flies over the volume lower on the west facade. The result is large covered terraces that allow to protect from the Sun the main romos. All of them are resolved through flat covers.
The architectural complex is presented as a sum of volumes, clearly differentiated by their character, lights and shadows. First and ground floor are very compacted due to programmatic needs, without losing the main lines of the housing
