The project consists in the rehabilitation and reform of two ancient water cisterns to be used as Cultural Center. Those ancient water cisterns are complemented with the creation of a new building adjacent to them that will be used as service area, containing offices and toilets.
It is also projected the urbanization of the rest of the plot as public garden area placing there an old water fountain, that will be restored, and a pipe lining the exterior part of the vaults.
The whole project is developed only in one level and revolves around the existing water cisterns, the most significant part of the project, and they will contain the library and multipurpose room.
Close to the water cisterns a small new building will be raised, in which offices and services will be located with the
rest of the program needed to operate a cultural center.
On the main façade of the water cistern another ancient source of water will be recovered, providing it with a shade.
