The plot is located in a mountain that closes Benidorm Bay on its east side, and its geometry and topography is very complicated. It has a tongue shape in the direction towards the sea having a large gap on both sides of greater length.
The biggest group of 8 houses is placed in the highest part of the plot looking for the best views and a slightly less steep topography because as we go along the slope the gap is bigger.
This position facilitates access from the top of the plot using a new street.
Each house has three levels and the access is done through the ground one.
The basement is used for car parking and facilities, it does not emerge more than permitted by municipality regulations. These levels are ventilated through the courtyards that make union with the adjacent plot.
The rest of the plot is urbanized by landscaped terraces, that contains the pool, that descend with the rhythm of the slope.
The other two houses have a steeper slope, so it was decided to embed them in the ground. They are designed with a similar language but developed differently. The program is reversed, the public area is at the top in order to enjoy the best views.
