The house is conceived as a second residence placed in the western slope of Sierra Helada, Benidorm.
The situation of the plot determines the intentions of the project for several reasons: first, there is a significant gap to the west side of the plot, also in this same direction, there are most direct and clean visuals towards Benidorm and its coast. Secondly, the plot is bounded on its southern and eastern perimeter by two adjacent plots, so we went looking for an architectural solution focused on the west.
These two constraints are translated into a housing which seeks to rely on the highest part of the plot by a wall that also has a structural function and a programmatic role because it gathers server uses of the house.
From this great wall three concrete prisms rise with an important programmatic role, they are hosting the public areas of the house. These arisen volumes also have a key role in this slope: watching Benidorm.
